Identifying Transmogs - I really like these, please help with item lists!

I apologize for my brevity - I had nerve reconstruction surgery on my hand on Thursday, and so am typing one-handed. Can anyone help with item lists?

So I have no access to the item names right now but I can help tell you some of these.
#2. Im pretty positive the head and shoulders are from Zul Aman and Zul Gurub. I think the robe as well. I'm very into transmog and I remember making a set similar to this. The boss drops in the zone that are leather will either be this one or the red version of it.
#3. The shoulders are Burning Crusade dungeon drop. The head is shaman BC tier piece. The body is Shaman tier 2? maybe 1? and is also the BoA for mail int. The gloves I have on my shaman right now I think its the new items from tanaan that turn into gear. I have it on my ele shaman.
#5. The plate dress is Pally gear from ICC I believe. This is a warrior so it must be a plate drop from one of the bosses. The head and shoulders are warrior tier from BC I believe. The swords look like prob Cata PvP swords.
