So last night before maintance my lvl 2 shipyard was 7/7 ships , today i logged in and when i check my fleet it was 7/8 , it seems blizz added a hotfix for +1 ship for lvl 2 shipyard that makes me happy .
Wasn't a hotfix they just added an extra ship for both level 1 and level 2 shipyards.
