Personal Loot

Any other guilds doing personal loot & getting extremely good rate of gear for your members? My guild went to personal with this raid last week and found that in our raid size of 11-15 we're getting 3-5 pieces of loot per boss before bonus rolls come in.

That's the purpose of personal loot. It was buffed in 6.2 to give at least as much as master looter, with a chance at getting more. You give up the ability to distribute loot to the players who needs items the most in exchange for getting more total loot.

I'd recommend doing master loot for bosses that drop tier and personal for bosses that don't drop tier. That allows you to control who you tier gear goes to
