Just take them off, they add nothing special, no race feels special anymore, not since Vanilla/TBC, take them out, the players will get 5% more enjoyable experience in pvp, trust me i'm serious.

The only way to balance them is either +damage/healing/health (depending on role) or make all secondaries equal for all specs.

I would prefer if racials could be used as perks, you can choose before rated match begins or out of combat, which one you would like to use. During leveling, you would get a new racial every 10-15 levels starting with your own

With this way, you can give freedom to the player both in PvP and PvE and adjust to the situation. And this would go really well with the current talent/gylph system which also offers customization on lower level of your character

Interesting means not balanced.
As long as they are each trying to be unique in some form they won't be balanced.
Blizzard have tried and failed repeatedly, only proving that more.
They shouldn't be why you choose a certain race, ever.

Or what if it could be just like in League of legends where you pick one racial out of many. I mean every single race can have any of the racial depending on situation but it cannot be changed when you're instanced.

Doesn't really bother me, regardless of off or on I'd still play humans on the characters that are human and non-humans on my characters that aren't.
