I'm pretty damn sure those unitframes are not ElvUI. They look possibly like Shadowed Unit Frames? However, I do agree that the raidframes are almost definitely Grid2.

ElvUis unitframes are based on SUF. Honestly though making stuff look like that with ElvUI alone isn't hard.

Elv is not based off of SUF, it's based off of oUF.

Those frames are Elv, or at least were as of March 2015.

Pretty much. After combing through the "post your UI" thread you can honestly make elvui look like near all of them.
