    What would the story behind it even be? one Iron Horde raid and 2 Burning legion ones in a row would be weird. Shatt should have been a proper quest area and restored to players afterwards.

    There was never going to be a shattrath raid. It might have been a possibility at one point but nothing was ever said or brought up about it.

    HFC wasn't originally intended to be a legion raid, they even said that themselves in one of the recent interviews.
