Is it no longer possible to choose which trait you'd like to reroll on a follower?

When patch 6.2 was introduced, you were allowed to select which trait you'd like to reroll but I tried this today and it rerolled all traits, so I was just wondering if this is a bug or was the change reverted? Any info would be appreciated!

That was only with items that added a trait.

Rerolls have always been all.
