Looking for skilled ranged dps and looking to pick up 1-2 healers with a dps offspec.

A fun but focused guild we raid a flexible 3 days a week roughly from 8:30 PM EST - 12ish. Most nights scheduled are wed/sun/monday but sometimes we change them depending on holidays etc. Now when we say 3 days a week we mean 3 days a week, we never ask our raiders to show up any extra days for anything mandatory. Tight knit core of raiders dating from classic/BC.
