How nice of blizzard to change their systems without a warning. I didn't do the mission on purpose until I had the decent % of completion on it (I didn't know it respawns) so basically I will have 1 less mission than everyone else.

My mission complete on wednesday 1 July roughly around 2:40 AM but got my second one earlier today (not sure when exactly but I do know that it was past 4 AM as that's when I last checked) so I don't think the 14 day period starts at the moment of completion otherwise I would not have received it until 2 hours from now.

two weeks after you do the previous mission. It is not based on when the previous mission spawned.
