( Arms ) At what Crit % should you start switching gems, enchants to mastery?

My question is what percent should I start switching my gems and enchants to mastery for Arms. I have 32% crit unbuffed and around 115% mastery. I'm already using BH weapon enchant and I currently use 2p t17 - 2p t18. (just need 1 more for 4p t18).

For Arms? At 0%. Go all mastery, all the time. Crit is your best secondary after that.

I'm just assuming you are gonna get 4p sooner rather than later.

Yes, the next shoulder or chest prot token is mine to finish my 4p =)
