Help with Elem rotation dps

Hello guys,

Could someone help me with the advice i could give to one of my raidmates. Here is one log to show an example. The elem shaman name is Camousse on the log.

I feel he is always way behind what he could really do with his stuff. Could someone give some advice on what he should change to maximise his dps.

Quick scan shows he only has ~50% uptime on flame shock. That will mean a lot of his lava bursts are not properly buffed. He will lose a lot of damage on that alone. He should aim for as close to 100% uptime on flame shock as possible.

Not to mention the lost lava surges due to that flame shock uptime lack.

58% uptime on fire totems.
Used earth elemental. dps loss. not even worth the gcd for damage.
Unleash Fury uptime looks pretty poor. He's prob better speccing primal ele and storm ele just so he can concentrate on his rotation (and flame shock uptime) without worrying about fury/fusion playtimes. Storm eles better than fusion anyway until Archie trinket.
No potion use.

Flame shock is definitely the primary issue. Id get him to work on that (weakauras or some timer may help) then look at the other issues.
