Shivan Shoulders of Scorn

I'm not sure if this has been posted yet, but these shoulders have spirit on them. For healing, is Spirit valuable enough to make the epic upgrade version (ilvl 675) of Shivan Shoulders of Scorn BiS despite a huge ilvl drop?

That's... Actually very interesting. They dropped for me and I kept them cause they look nice, but I never noticed the spirit on them. Still though, since spirit isn't nearly as valuable as Blizzard would have you believe, I don't think the huge iLvl drop is worth it, especially since crit is a rather subpar stat for both healing specs.
