Whisperwind Eleven, Late night horde guild looking for mature players.

Whisperwind Eleven is currently recruiting the following classes to round out its roster. To apply, please submit an application at Reforged.net. All raids are from 11:15 pm to 2:15 am CST (9:15-12:15 PST): Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Whisperwind Eleven is a mature late night horde raiding guild on the Whisperwind server. Founded in February of 2006, WW11 is a progression based raiding guild that values a culture of mature, respectful and fun gameplay over server firsts. Recently, Whisperwind Eleven merged with Reforged, a horde guild from Runetotem, to help push mythic progression for patch 6.2 and beyond. We are currently 10/13 Heroic and are getting more each week.

Most of us are hardcore gamers who grew up on Pacman, Quake, Starcraft, Zelda and Mario. Some of us got married, settled down, and are looking for a guild in which we can continue a hardcore approach to gaming on a more limited time schedule. We're a bunch of people trying to balance their inner nerd with the responsibilities of a real life and we're looking for like-minded folks. You'd raid every night, but your wife would murder you? You're pretty sure the worst part of growing up was when pizza and D&D on Saturday nights ended? You're convinced that if your husband would stop being so overprotective, he'd realize that Dune is an age-appropriate bedtime story for the 3-year-old? You were disappointed when nobody in grad school got your Ford Prefect Halloween costume (despite bathrobe AND towel)? You've got a cat named Xanth?

Guild membership is limited to adults (21+). Sorry, but this is non-negotiable. And yes, we understand this is unfair and that you're an exceptionally mature 19-year old who hangs with his older brother's friends. Woot. Come back in a couple of years. We'll talk then. Most of our team is 25+ with families and we have no interest in mixing our raid time with racism, sexism, or any other "ism." We keep vent PG13 - we're not prudes, but we believe that any kids hanging around while their folks are raiding don't need to be scarred for life if they happen to hear something in vent.
