Help needed! Rend ticktimer for t18 4p

Hey guys im desperately searching for an addon or weakaura that lets me see when rend is about to tick. The best that i can think of would be a little 1,5 s bar running down in a loop as long as rend is on my target up or the rend icon itself on my weakaura.
I just couldnt find the right settings in Weakaura to make something like this work.

So that i can somewhat safely see when i could get another MS reset procc

Just looked around and found one called EventHorizon, seems pretty good but you will have to go into the config files if you want to change anything about it. It isn't a finished addon.

unfotunately i cant even get the help screen on my interface as the command doesnt work and the addon is not up to date
