Ok so I am having a weird issue with healbot

I use the macro
Cast natures Swiftness
Cast healing Touch

I have tried different variants including
whoever
mouseover
hbtarget

but the weirdest thing keeps happening... it insists on casting healing touch on me. Even after NS is on CD (i use the macro still as it saves a button) it still insists on casting HT on me.

Any ideas?
