For this one, can i use the missives from garrison vendor to complete the chieve?

Yes, as long as you can afford the missives from your garrison quartermaster, you can use them to complete that part of the meta.

I cant seem to find the missive for assault on the pit

AFAIK, that's the only one that doesn't have a purchasable missive. You just have to get that one on the right day.

Neither of the group ones have a scouting missive, shattrath or the pit.
