Warlock PTR Changes, PvE as Well as PvP (CMLore)

Yesterday we thought the Warlock buffs were for PvE today I am not so sure:

@Supatease Honestly not sure how much of an effect these will have on PvP lock dmg. Rot dmg is what makes Aff scary, not ST burst, imo.

i agree its not burst. people are about to wile out below me.. esp those who watched venruki's tear filled video about locks spamming haunt for burst. if your team uses 1 defensive you'll be fine and the lock will do nothing of substance damage wise on a single target for a while.

they're going to get nerfed though, they're still too strong imo and it's going to be really obvious in qualifiers.
