Arms vs Fury

I am picking up warrior since i've played it in cata, how are the dps specs compared to each other now?

Wich spec is better at lower ilvls and higher?

What is the fastest way to gear up characters atm?

Arms is shit.
Fury is based solely on RNG and your dps feels out of control, but at least there's some some if.

Glad might be the shit right now, its stable with little BONUS RNG, but requires a good understanding of the spec to pull numbers.

Fastest way to gear is through Apexis items, you get 695 items quite easily + Mythic Dungeons, where you get 685 items that can go up to 705 if WF.
