Peon's Mining Pick

Was mining in my garrison today and it didn't have an effect anymore.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Had a bug on a day when I was mining at normal pace. Was fine the next day and back to almost instant with the buff item.

On my main mine is bugged permanently.
If you vendor and re-buy it or put it in storage and take it out then the speed buff works again as normal. Some people this seems to fix it forever but for me it resets each night and is bugged again every morning. Annoying...

It's a bug. I usually relog inside the mine and it works again.
