Only 15% went to Outland with Kael.

Ehh, Nagas and Nerubians are hardly "dealt" with, they both have a large civilization underwater and underground respectively. No idea why they're being listed as being defeated over the years. We've killed a very small amount of them when compared to how many of them are actually out there.

And how much has their population grown since then? They became immortal sometime during/after founding Quel'thalas, so how much of their tiny population grew in that time?

That's a fucking big ass chunk of them considering most of them were dead and another number of them never stuck around to become Blood Elves.

HElves were never immortal. They still mature at about the same rate as humans. 6,800 years is tons of time to repopulate.

15% is 15%; that is a fairly small chunk. And it's 15% of BElves that left for Outland. The 1% of original population that didn't become BElves are not counted in that number.

We can assume that nerubians are very few in numbers now, somewhat. They have been in a war against the Lich King for a long time now, during the events of WC3 they even were fighting the Faceless Ones. Azjol'Nerub was taken by the Scourge, the Old Kingdom invaded by the Old Gods. Are their some left? Of course but I do not think they have enough to be considered a danger

Naga on the other hand are different. They were able to defeat Neptulon which is a huge achievement, it basically makes them the rulers of the ocean. Unlike the Nerubians they have not been locked in a war against 2 massive armies, they have had some losses fighting the Horde&Alliance but still minor. They are still dangerous to both factions.

Right, I don't know why I said that actually. They still live for hundreds of years (according to the Wiki source, at least). Do they repopulate as quickly as, say, humans? I guess they'd have to, considering it's the only thing that would make their staggeringly low numbers make any sense.

    15% of 1000 is 150. of 100,000 it's 15,000. It's a pretty big fucking chunk when you're talking about a population of something.

There was a small period of time where the warlocks aged the children, blackhand's kids are best known examples. But besides that, there is no indication that Orcs breed more and faster than humans. Thrall however did have a few moments in books where his age didn't match up with Arthas' in 2 books.

But nothing has been shown to support that. The races, especially the Orcs should be small compared to everyone elses, even before WoW even started.

And who's saying this? During the events of the Last Guardian, the Warlocks were making their numbers boom, but we have seen no such litters.

Garona, and it has nothing to do with warlocks. It was a matter of the environment.
Garona let out a bulldog snort. "Your visions probably reveal more than you say, but you have a good picture. Orcs are fecund, and large litters are common, because so many die before they reach a warrior's age.
