Do we really need that Ancient Artifact in Ashran ?

... and here I came into this thread hoping for a lore-based discussion looking at how Blizzard has essentially abandoned that zone and the ramifications it may (or may not!) have on the lore/story, missing the artifact and all.

If you cant counter and survive some simple mechanics, dont do pvp.
A druid in flight form cannot cast spells as hes "Pacified" and thus cannot use boulder.

Great reasoning. You're wrong, however. Go on and try it for yourself. Druids can most definitely throw the Brute's Rise boulders while in flight form. With Ancient Artifact, they do triple damage as well. Pretty neat, except for the opposing faction of course.

But it's the only place I can get my Nemesis quests done... Wish they would make them work in BGs so I didn't have to do Bashtran.

You dont need to find an AFK AA to kill him.
Start using your brain and use your stun/CC/silane or interrupt and you can kill even the strongest player thats geared.

It is all about know mechanics in game and how to counter other classes from overpower yourself.
- As told above... start learn your class.
