Looking for a new gaming build

Hello I am in need of a new computer for gaming

Budget: I am looking to spend around $1000 to $1600
    Resolution: 1080p
Games / Settings Desired: I Would like to be able to play witcher 3 and ESO at 60 frames with most options set to ultra
    Any other intensive software: Nope
    Country: United states.
Parts that can be reused: Would be a plus.
Do you need an OS? Windows 7 or 8.1
Do you need peripherals: just a new monitor.

I would also like to buy all the parts at one place if you want to take the extra time to do that or someplace that will build it for me. I know doing it myself would save me a lot of money but still if you do know a good place please let me know.

    Config for GTX 970 @ 1080p @ 60FPS (hairworks on, AO HBAO+)

You can't fit a DVD drive in the case so install using USB flash drive or external or, of course, pick a different case.

Edit: Oh one last thing, there's new Intel CPUs launching in August with new motherboards so it's up to you if you wanna wait a little. You could potentially see a 10-15% performance increase but also slightly more expensive along with DDR4 RAM.

Dunno if it would interest you, to go along with the nice build above to look into 2560x1080p. Something like Asus PB298Q since you got spare budget. Alternatively if you are in hurry and can't wait for new intel cpu's, i'd grab an i7 4790k instead of the i5 with your budget.

Are you looking for something specific.. Silent? Air flow? Cheap? Mid/full-Tower/mini? Dust filtered?

Don't forget that Skylake hits within the next month, too.
