You can occasionally get them from the rep rares in Nagrand, though.

I got a 300% exp potion from a garrison mission.

I think some of you peeps are confused.

There are two different items that give 300% bonus xp. One caps at like 84 i think, that comes from pandaria.

One goes all the way to 100 but it only lasts 15 minutes, whereas the other lasts for an hour I believe? This version comes from a garrison mission. I have two of them on the only character I actually do garrison missions with, got both within, say, 2 weeks of each other.

Yeah, the new 300% potion is called Elixir of Rapid Mind. Only lasts 15 minutes but it works level 1-99. They are also BOE so you can buy it on the auction house.

Rare garrison mission (and maybe as a Tanaan world drop?!?).

It's BoE so there should be some in the AH. They're not super-expensive, or maybe they are, depending how hard it is for you to get hold of ~3500g.

For example in Gorgrond you can level from 93 to 98 with just one of these by collecting all the quest items and having multiple almost complete bonus objectives.
