Join the arena, summon your ghoul, get into combat with the enemies and immediately leave arena. (not sure if it is necessary to get into combat).

you will exit the arena with a ghoul, but be back in blood spec.

Enjoy it while you can.

Because bug fixes should happen promptly and when they are noticed, they shouldn't be noticed not reported (and thus exploited).

yep, so it's not like it's game breaking anyways. Unless you think a raid is going to wait for a DK every time they wipe to run out que, get a ghoul and come back.
