Nope. If there was a war with alien civilization, then humans could probably set aside their differences and focus on defeating enemy. But otherwise, nothing will really change. Why would encountering alien race make someone who consider blacks as subhumans to change his mind? I don't see a reason.

Not necessarily. If they actually came here, perhaps. But it's entirely possible for us to shout across the cosmos to some species at the same technological and social level as ourselves, so long as we can find them.

Something that would make me laugh would be if say Aliens landed and Scanned the Biology of all Humans and actually straight up went.
