[Balance] 2 pcs or item level

As mentioned, i got my second piece off norm sorc today but i'm currently using Insulated Wirer's Gloves, heroic version, i know its bad but it was a huge item level upgrade from previous eq, question is how strong is our t18 2pc and is it worth dropping the higher item level for the normal tier piece?

Tier 18 2pc is quite strong. The dragons easily do 8-12% of your damage done. I would say 2pc> heroic ilvl. If you were dropping mythic pieces for normal tier...maybe a tougher call. But in your case, 2pc all the way!

ahh if so, similarly is it worth getting 4pcs sacrificing item lvl?

4pc is basically 6% damage increase. Depends on how much you're giving up.

One difficulty gap is an easy decision with the current bonuses. Especially when only for one piece of gear is involved.
