Help my heals :)

Hey guys, recently (6.2) I swapped my main special from ret to holy, anyway I was healing in my old guild and was doing pretty good, I recently changed guilds and find my hps pretty crappy and my rankings the same, I've included logs for you guys to look at and any tips or help will be greatly appreciated... On a side note I was thinking would it possibly be because there are 3 raid healers in the team (meaning I have less targets to heal)?
