    Patch 6.2.1 PTR - Build 20328

    Are the notes I am seeing for enhancement just tooltip corrections? Or actual buffs?

    They should just be tooltips. But the question is, why they upgraded it towards 624%. 30% of 480% are 160%, which would result in 640%. What am i missing?

    There was a separate 30% buff to Stormstrike (outside of the SS and LL buffs from the last few weeks) that wasn't mentioned in the original MMO-C post about the changes. This is probably just a tool-tip fix for that buff.

    144+480=624
