Which Trinkets To Keep In

I just received Empty Drinking Horn (700ilvl) and I already had Discordant Chorus (700ilvl). Should I keep this combo in 24/7 or should I switch out Discordant Chorus for Vial of Convulsive Shadows (685ilvl) on single target fights or any other bosses for that matter? Also, I'm suppose to use Defile over NP now that I have EDH right? Cause for me Defile performs like poop whenever I use it currently. Except Gorefiend for some reason. This is w/out testing it with the new trinket though.

As far as I can tell, EDH and DC are BiS (for DWF) until you get the higher ilevel versions, but just to be safe you should probably sim it.

And if Defile is working like poop, make sure you're pooping in the bowl and not all over the seat. If the boss is moving, it's still probably more effective to use NP.
