[MW] Why isn't my extend life my second highest healing?

    Hi all,

    Just a question.

I just got back into the game roughly a week ago after a 2-3 month hiatus. I have the 2pc set bonus. A monk in the guild whispered me asking me why my Extend Life isn't my 2nd most utilized spell. I didn't lie to him, I don't know.

My approach is to usually spam ReM to build up chi and then go for the uplift spam during aoe damage phase.

I'm sorry, but I have no logs to show you guys yet (new guild and all).

Can anyone please educate me on how I should be playing MW monk correctly to make the most out of my healing? I'm just really confused.

Sorry if this was answered before.

Extend Life is only going to be your 2nd highest spell if you have 4pc. Do you have 4pc?

Then he is stupid. Direct him to this post saying so.

For real though the instant heal on ReM is also called "Extend Life" (as is the 4p effect) but it's not going to be doing more than 2-3% of your healing most of the time. I hope this isn't someone that plays MW because it's incredibly basic.
