Is there anyway to get a Weakauras icon to flash like 5sec till that CD is up again on a preexisting CD counter?

Probably easier to make two identical WAs, the difference being one shows and flashes when its approaching availablity then disappears and the other appears when its ready to be used (and maybe a third to show its duration when activated...!).

Actually the frost/fire/arcane WA (Mack's A Song of...) does this with a multi WA (typically 2) to show exactly that. It's quite nice and I've been using that as a template to make my WA for other classes.
