Hiya all - our guild is currently going through the analysis mincer - and unfortunately I don't know anything about warriors at all! (Hence why I've made a separate post instead of the "help me" section because I'm asking on behalf, apologies). It's clear our raid overall is somewhat under performing, especially in regards to group execution. However, we are going over all raiders for fairness to see what could be wrong or improved, whether it be rotation, talents, uptimes etc etc. Your valuable input will be put to good use as both our warriors will be following this thread for discussion.

Can't make links, but I summarized some of the logs you provided: goo.gl/1DqxnE

From my quick looks Thunkans performance is good. Some small points I'd like to point out though.

• Gladiator's Resolve is boring. Anger Management with an RPM of 500+ is great paired with 4set, but my favorite is still Ravager paired with Bloodbath.
• Bloodbath+Berserker+Ravager on pull.
• Berserker Rage can be used off CD, +20RPM and slightly higher uptime on Enrage.
• Demoralizing Shout has extremely low uptime.
• Need to work on Rage Waste, very few situations you should sit on 120 rage, dump some on heroic strikes if you have no resolve. Should be <1%, especially with Unending Rage glyph its easy to manage rage.
  
• I didn't summarize the Socrethar log since Thunkan is construct. I don't know what tactic you use, but one tip is to not use Reverberating when dominator is up.
