Kormrok can you use KS and BF while stuck in a hand?

I'ma wondering if you can pop BF and then KS as soon as you get caught ina hand? Will being caught in a hand keep KS from working? How do you rotate for combat on Kormrok?

You cannot KS while in a hand, but you can (and should if you're Combat spec) KS just as the cast is finishing so you don't even get put into a hand while you unload all that burst on everyone else's hands. *
