Hmm I can't seem to find the requirements for the new missions like for example Eldritch Horrors.
My alt is ilvl 680 and I got 5 followers to 675 are there any other requirements that anyone knows of?

As far as I know you need to have 10 followers at ilvl 650.

In the other 6.2 rare garrison mission post here on MMO-Champion this was all discussed about people having experiences when they missions popped and how. But you need Item Level Army i think the achievement is for 10 followers at 650ilvl
