nah haven't been subbed since early march, the longer your away the easier it is to stay away it seems, but I was almost interested in at least trying the next expansion till I heard about the melee SV (class design was the main reason I unsubbed in WOD and if this is what they come up with I have no hope for Legion either).

Ehh maybe but after 8 years playing a spec I liked just don't have the heart to play another spec.

sure and then they take that one away next expansion, IMO in a game like this the story can change, the mobs the world etc but changing the toon people play just makes you lose a connection with the game (the toon can change if it's growing but in the case of MOP to WOD it feels if we've fallen back and going range to melee even seems worse).

I've played every class to level 90 in MOP and while a nice diversion nothing I'd really call a "main".

And myself and a lot of other people like for classes to change some. imagine if we still had vanilla classes. That would be terrible.

I'd be more excited if the artifact spear actually looked cool.

Lets be honest here, almsot every spear is ugly with a few exceptions. Sure the spear doesnt look as cool as Ashbringer, but all the models look great for epic raid drops. What spear are you going to use instead? The only notable one I can think of is Helreaver and its so low res at this point that I wouldnt use it. They really should have had a new one in HFC.

I'm unsure. Spear of Xuen maybe. Spooky Scythe? Hellscream's Pigsticker heirloom? There has to be something.

Specs of today are all the same, just named differently.
Just play the other 2 duplicate ones.

I love this change! Although I'm definitely biased against SV. I never liked playing it. Who knows, maybe I'll still hate it, but it gives me a reason to try it again which I like.

While I agree in WOD the spec are general bad all around IMO, I've never liked MM, and don't like the idea of being completely pet-less, but on the flip side for BM the pet is too much the weapon and not just a tank for kiting and incoming damage control.
