bugged BRF caches

something is wrong...i killed over 35(!) heroic bosses in BRF, completed legendary ring part in this place + did some normal bosses too, but ever since 2-3 months i'm still getting normal cache...it should have been mythic already, let alone heroic...wtf is going ??

1) It has to be loot eligible kills.
2) For all we know you did the legendary ring in LFR, so that's not relevant to the possible bug.

It's also possible that you can't get the next upped cache anymore. I hit the mythic kill number (21) since the patch, and I haven't gotten the gold.

That's because they removed the gold reward from the mythic mission due to it not being the highest tier of raiding available anymore.
