That is pally firelands gears heroic immolation set to be exact. so since this is on a warrior because of DW its look alike gear i suppose.

the pants I'm not sure about .

edit 2: the sword is the challenge mode sword forgot to add that.

Thats definitely not whole raidset, helm and shoulders sure, but the bikinitop and thongs are something totally different.
Check the wowhead plate transmog lists, should find there.
