When do you give up Balance T17 2 set bonus?

Hi All,

Just wondering about people's view on the balance T17 2 set bonus and when you give it up. 12% reduced cast time is quite powerful but is it as powerful as extra int / mastery?

My choice is -
T17 2 set bonus or +64 int, +290 mastery +225 crit, -100 haste

Mr robot is putting the T17 2 set above the upgraded gear, but I'm not so sure...

just use simcraft

ill keep 2p t17 till i get a huge upgrade in stats (all pieces hc+ and head mythic) and maybe ill wear 2p+2p for fights like zakuun.
