Its just a shame that the mounts requisite is faction only the achievement is account wide but having 300 mounts on just horde or alliance is a huge task.

If they made it all factions it would just be 350 mounts required.

I've thought about this more and I think the title should maybe be attached to the 250 feat. 300 is such a high number and most likely not obtainable by most for quite a while yet. Either way it looks like they aren't going to do it, I've been submitting feedback in game and made several threads with no replies

Having 250 is quite common at this point in the game. If they're going to add a cool new title it would be for something more challenging. They wouldn't retroactively add a title to a lower achievement when the new 300 achievement is coming out.

I like it. Adds more motivation, as I am within striking distance of 300 and the cloud serpent is a meh reward for me personally.

250 is far too easy to achieve with a bit of effort. If it's a "Lord of the Reins" title, it should be awarded for the achievement tied to that name.
