but Varo'thens Brooch is a 50 second ICD on a 20 second proc (mastery) the effect also does 1200 fire dmg AoE which is nice as well

U can do it by scalling weapon up to 620 ilev, which is when u create loom on level 100,
but garrosh heirloom is worse than sulfuras,shinka and smourne

You should put 75 multi gems there :P 50=16, 75=20 in TW

Shin'ka, Execution of Dominion all versions are equal (which isnt the case for some items like Sha Gun- bis for hunt, LFR gun has less stats, unless they changed it last month)

Most likely because you tried before it was high enough ilvl? At 100 it is 620, so you can put any gem in it.

Most of the thread is pre cata TW so does that make anything under cata gear useless as it wont scale up? sure we must be able to build a BIS list

a lot of people weren't using the wrath pieces anyway (some of which may still measure up, but some now weak) outside of smourne, which is still best.

I understand how the proc for 715leg ring is good, but for the 1-2min boss kills wouldnt the 735ring be better in that case?

The issue with the 735 ring is that it is scaled down from a 25% damage increase/explosion down to a 1% or so increase, which is retardedly bad. On the other hand, the high uptime on greater archmage incandescence still gives the same buff, aka 15% strength. Doesn't really stand the comparison.

and for what it's worth, I've found myself global cd locked with losing all my MS, so I'll be upping my haste/MS where I can over dodge/parry. Survivability isn't an issue.

Ahh forgot to add them (maybe because i ve never seen single drop after doing SOO since they added it untill WOD started, and then another few months twinking few chars, sometimes doing mythic SOO 3-5 x weekly)

The same MYTH as Sha mount
