    Maximizing PVP 4pc?

So, I've been running 2s with a friend, both of us are in scrubby gear, so milking every damage point out of our combos is incredibly important(it's also why I'm using Clone instead of Death from above)...

Currently I'm doing CS/Garrotte>Mut>mut>cap energy, Clone>Rupture>Marked for Death>Envenom>vanish>Envenom>Vanish>Envenom, and pray they die to that + clone damage.

My question is, is it better(dps) to rupture in vanish? Most comps we meet are double dps, anyways, so there's a finite amount of healing(usually).

Also, for PVE, assuming this 4pc, is it best to ignore rupture during reflection? Something like...rupture>5cp>cap energy>Reflection>Envenom>Marked for Death>Envenom>Vanish>Envenom>prep Vanish>Envenom?

Relevant things I'm running are Nightstalker, Marked for Death, Prey on the Weak and Shadow Reflection.

Dont rupture in vanish. if youre going to vanish and plan to do big damage, envenom. 100% crit + an extra 10% if youre nightstalker.
