First build need help!!

So I am looking to build my first gaming rig. While my ROG ASUS laptop works great still its time for an upgrade. my budget so far is 900 at most and that has to include the monitor, OS and a keyboard I have an amazing mouse already! My goal is to get the best bang for my dollar. I really care to only play WoW on max settings at as many FPS that my money can buy. I have no preference on chip sets either. Thank you in advance for all your help.

for 900 including all that stuff your best bet is a AMD machine. what kind of budget for only the computer first off. Go ahead and subtract the monitor and stuff first.

Max budget of 800 dollars for the computer not including the OS. Like I said its my first time sorry >.<
