[WeakAura] Show NPC Position

I'm wondering if there is a way to make a weakaura to show where Gorebound Essence and Tortured Essence spawn. (Gorefiend)

Impossible as far as I know.
Exact position can be obtained for group members only.
Advanced combat log records NPC units' position also(this is how WCL replay works), but that information is not passed to interface in game.
