Which one is the better one? HP PAVILION or Acer Aspire (Laptop)

Hey. I got an option between two computers. The two are:

    HP PAVILION 15-n038so
    CPU: AMD Quad-Core A10-5745M (2,1 GHz, 4 MB cache, 4 cores)
    Memory: 12 GB DDR3L
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 8610G/8670M Dual GPU (2 GB DDR3 dedicated)
    Harddrive: 1TB 5400 rpm SATA
    with windows 10 pre-installed.

    The other one is:

    Acer Aspire E5-572G
    CPU: Intel Core i5 4:e gen. 4210M / 2,6GHz
    Memory: 6GB DDR3L
    Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 840M 2GB
Harddrive: 500 GB HDD 5400 rpm SATA
    Windows 8.1 pre-installed

    Both are 15,6" laptops.
I'll use the laptop for light gaming while I'm on the go as I've a pretty good desktop for gaming at home. I should also mention the HP PAVILION is half the price of the Acer, and money is a bit tight. So is the Acer worth the double price?

    The short answer is no.
The long answer comes with several counter-questions like - what games? What do you do in these games? Expected settings? - and it might not be as clear.
But if the price really is double, then no.

Lately I've been playing Dirty Bomb and World of Warcraft. I brought home the Acer to try it out and it can actually play BF4 on medium settings. Not that I play it anymore but still nice to know if I want to pick it back up in the future.
I don't expect any high settings. Medium settings are just fine for me.
If I want to play serious I'd just have to wait until I get home to desktop.

Should also mention that the reason the HP is much cheaper is that it's an used computer. It's 1 year old, while the Acer is brand new.
