[WeakAura] Tracking Health bar of Party/Raid member with Beacon of Light/Faith

Hey guys,

Looking for some help here if I can. I know it may seem pointless, but I'm trying to set up a WeakAura that will display and track the current health of any target that I put Beacon of Light or Faith on. I've had a fiddle around and I've managed to set up aura's that will display the name of the target I have the respective buff on, but so far I've had no luck getting a health bar to populate for that particular target and display their health.

I was able to set up a bar that would track my health when Beacon was on myself, but that seems to have gone down the toilet as now the game client keeps referring to my character as "Unknown".

Is there anyone out there that would know of, or could help me write, the customer trigger coding that would allow me to do this?
