Making a New Build ~750E budget

Greetings fellow pc addicts, I've come here before for advice on builds and upgrades, so I decided this time to try and make a relatively budget build for my brother who has ~750 euro to dish out on his gaming addiction. So far I've come up with this:

    CPU: http://www.speedcomputers.biz/protse...b-lga1150-box/ 406lv = 200E
    Motherboard: http://www.speedcomputers.biz/danna-...50-atx-retail/ 159 lv = 180E
    Memory: http://www.speedcomputers.biz/ram-pa...ddr3-dimm-xmp/ 105 lv = 50E
    Storage: http://www.speedcomputers.biz/tvrd-d...64mb-sata-iii/ 125lv = 63E
    Video Card: http://www.speedcomputers.biz/video-...b-128bit-ddr5/ 500lv = 250E
    Case: http://www.speedcomputers.biz/kutiya...0-usb-30-500w/ 158 = 80E
Power Supply: The case has a 500w supply included and I think for this build larger PSU wont be required but im willing to take advice on this one
    Cooling: http://www.speedcomputers.biz/ventil...hyper-212-evo/ 68lv = 34E
    Total ~= 760E

Im from Bulgaria and this is one of the better online dealerships (all the links that i've listed). My main question here is whether or not there are better parts for roughly the same price, The extra cooling i've added is just in case my brother decides to clock the rig, + im rly satisfied using that same cooler for my rig. The other thing I wanted to ask is advice on how many additional cables I would have to purchase (and what type) in order to connect everything, as I am not sure the parts will come with enough on their own (I've had issues with this when upgrading to SSD etc.)

    Thank you for your time.

What's the exact PSU model? That's the one thing you don't want to cheap out on.

A quick glance through coolermaster's own website shows that the PSU is a "Standard ATX PS2" w/e that meens, im guessing CM wouldn't put garbage in they're otherwise well renowned products, but hey I could be wrong.

EDIT: It is possible that we spend an extra ~50E on a better looking box with its own PSU, but my brother wanted to keep the budget a bit tighter...

It's a real pain in the ass to have to open all those windows, but here are a couple of things I noticed.

First, you the CPU you have is not an unlocked CPU - that means it can't be over-clocked so you can drop the CPU cooler.

Second, you want to ditch that Case/PSU combo and buy them on their own - as Zorkuus says, don't cheap out on a PSU and I can't seem to find enough info about the PSU.

Third get 2 4 gb sitcks of ram as opposed to a single 8 gb stick. Ram works better in 2 sticks than it does one.

Anyway, I put all the parts you have listed above into PCpartpicker - using the German version to get it into Euros. I could not find the exact video card you listed, but I put a 4 gb GTX 960 of comparable price in it's place.

    Memory: Kingston Savage 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (€50.25 @ Amazon Deutschland)

So my advice, get 2, 4gb ram kit, get a decent PSU, get a better HHD and ditch the CPU cooler.

    Something like this:
