Replacement for scrabble complete.

I'm looking for a new scrabble game that is fully compatible with newer versions of windows mainly 10.

Requirements:

It must have a single player mode without any AI opponents. It also must have a flat interface as the person I'm buying it for lacks depth perception and will get confused and aggravated by a 3d game board. It should have the ability to easily rearrange tiles or take back a single tile if you change your mind before the turn is over, (IE something more sophisticated then a simple tile reset/recall button).

As for Drm I'd prefer it be something that don't require online logins but if it must be that way I'd prefer to be able to store them indefinitely.
