Looking for a Weak Aura god.

Hello, I recently downloaded weak aura's to make this one very specific aura, however I'm not even sure if it is possible to make this kind of aura. I am looking to make the weak aura display if the following conditions are met:

-My current target is within 15 yards of any enemy players. (Or just arena enemy's would be fine)
-The enemy player(s) my target is within 15 yards of are currently in break on damage crowd control (Such as polymorph, blind, fear, hex, etc.)
-Holy Prism is off cooldown. (This condition is preferred but not required)

So for example if my target is within 15 yards of a enemy but that enemy is not in any break on damage cc, the aura will remain hidden. If my target is within 15 yards of a enemy and that enemy is in a blind, the aura will then show up on my screen.

If someone is up for a challenge and would like to try and make this aura, you would be my savior!
