Looking for a addon/script to do the following...

Hello, I am currently looking for a addon/script to make the size of a entire absorb show up on my raid frames while at full health. I have posted a screenshot below to help illustrate what I mean.

If anyone has any suggestions to achieve this or something close to it, it would help a lot. However with that said please note that switching to a raid frame addon in order to achieve this/something similar is not a option.
