We are a mature and laid back bunch who take raiding very seriously.
We are currently looking for mature and skilled players who are motivated to go through HFC at a fast pace.
We expect applicants to perform well on a consistent basis, to have knowledge of the encounters and understand how their toolkit can help handle the various mechanics.

We're <David n the Danger Boys> a Horde guild located on Hyjal (PVE server) and currently 12/13N 6/13H HFC looking for all roles and classes. We're a relatively new guild starting late MoP, but have kept the same core group since. Looking to add members with the prospect of mythic in the future. Hello jollygunner! I hope a Pacific guild is okay for you! Our raid times are 7PM-10PM, which translates to 10PM-1AM for you! That being said, we're in immediate need for a plate tank.
<Hueco Mundo> is a tightly knit Horde group based in Frostwolf that's looking to progress in Mythic HFC and beyond. Last tier, we placed 1st on the server at 7/7M in Highmaul and 8/10M in BRF. Currently, we are ranked 1st on the server at 5/13M, and we are looking to maintain that spot while progressing further in Mythic HFC.
We are currently looking for dedicated and knowledgeable players in general to fill our core spots so we can push for Mythic HFC progression as quickly as possible. At the moment, our raid composition can use some work, so we're looking to change that drastically as we prepare for the big push next expansion.
Raid Times (PST): Wednesday: 7-10PM
Sunday: 7-10PM
Monday: 7-10PM
We will do an optional Alt/Trial raid on Saturdays from 7-10PM (usually ends much earlier). Serious trials will typically be on this day, or Wednesdays (when we usually farm the second half of heroic).
Any exceptional players will always be considered as we are looking to keep our core spots competitive. That being said, we don't have a large bench so all recruits should plan to be in for progression. As a side note for tanks - we understand it is hard to get a core spot in a guild. If you want to apply as a tank, you should expect a slower, more delicate process. However, you may be expected to have at least an acceptable off-spec - preferably DPS - ready to use for the first two weeks depending on how slow the transition appears to be, as well as a working microphone (communication is key for tanks!).

Class needs as of 9/07/15:
We have high needs for the following classes:
- Warlock
- deathknight
- shaman(elemental, enhance)
- monk (healer, tank)
- priest(shadow, heal)
We have medium needs for the following classes:
- druid(balance), paladin(holy), rogue, warrior
It would be difficult for us to fit in another:
- paladin(ret, tank)
Because we recruit for the long term, we want players to apply on characters they enjoy playing most, not ones that temporarily fit our biggest needs.
Despite what our class needs may indicate, we always welcome all classes to apply or at least inquire if you think you might be a fit. We will always consider the most skilled, seasoned, knowledgeable players regardless of need, and often times needs can be filled in more ways than one so don't hesitate to ask.
Who we are:
* Dawn Eternal was founded in December 2004 (~3 weeks after WoW's release) with a focus on raiding endgame content and having fun.
* We value self-improvement and teamwork.
* We always recruit for the long term. We have the feel of a close community / family. We have a rank for full members to invite RL family & friends, and full members are allowed to keep the tag even if they can no longer raid.
* Our application period is not as short as most - we work with our apps to help them improve, and we value their attitudes, dedication, knowledge, and potential more than their gear, experience, or class.
* We run a very calm and comfortable raiding environment - "chill" - we prefer to use tells and channels to adjust and fix problems, rather than yell or openly chastise in Vent.
* Max guild level.
If you have the high playtime, skill, and desire to raid at high levels, and yet want to be with a very guild-oriented, stable group that has been around for years, we may be the guild for you.
Raid hours, attendance, and loot:
* We currently raid 3 nights: Tues/Wed/Mon; with the option of Thurs/Sun. Fri/Sat are always off nights. App invites happen around 6:30pm PST with members able to join a bit earlier. We go until 10:30pm PST and rarely go later.
* We ask applicants to commit at least 80% attendance to so they can be effectively evaluated. We are looking for people who can commit to this schedule in the long term for the entirety of the raid.
* We occasionally run member organized 10mans and achievement runs on non-raid nights.
* Loot is distributed through a modified zero-sum DKP. Applicants immediately start earning dkp as soon as they start showing up for raid and dkp is retained through rank promotions.
The server:
Cenarius is one of the original Pacific-coast PvE servers, part of the Whirlwind battlegroup, and has majority alliance population although the horde have some very good raiding guilds as well. Naturally, there are a vast number of raiding alliance guilds on Cenarius, making it the ideal home if you are an alliance focused on raiding. Cenarius is home to Thott of Afterlife and was at one point home to Ciderhelm of Eventide and the penny arcade guys. It was the second US server to unlock all of sunwell. Even if we aren't the guild for you, your transfer wouldn't be for naught as there are many other competitive guilds on the server.

About Us:
Weekend Warriors was formed in Mists of Pandaria and currently has two different raiding groups. We are a horde guild on Deathwing (and now connected to Shattered Halls, Kalecgos and Executus). We have an exceptional core team of like-minded individuals who enjoy raiding together. Our main group only raids two nights a week but we strive to clear current content and maintain a competitive edge. We currently are 10/10 Heroic BRF with some mythic experience. In order to continue our mythic push, we need more consistent members!
Loot System:
Our loot system is a hodge-podge of multiple systems. BIS rules all. You will be required to download BestInSlot as an add-on. Our loot system consists of BIS>MS>OS, loot council with a "don't be a jerk" motto. We aren't in competition with each other to have the highest gear score; generally everyone is involved in the decision process on what is best for the raid as a whole, not just ourselves.

- Saturday: 7:00 - 11:00 PM Pacific Time (Server Time)

Random Information:
- We have guild repairs for our Core team, a mumble server, a website and a Facebook page. Flasks, Potions, and Feast are provided to our core members. Our raid team is consisted of adults (18+). We have a very large guild with many different activities to participate when we're not raiding.
Application Process:

- From there you will be asked to participate in one of the upcoming guild raids to see how well you interact with our group and raid.
